John Deere Track Loaders & Mini Excavators Delivered to Orlando
Central Florida runs on residential land clearing, theme-park-corridor commercial pads, and Lake County lot prep. We haul our 325G, 317G and 35P down from Jacksonville on our own trailer — no broker, no rerouted hauler, no “your driver will call you” phone tag.
Orlando Job Sites Across the Region
Orlando dirt is not Jacksonville dirt. Once you get west of I-4 you hit Central Florida’s sand-over-clay hardpan — great for tracked machines, brutal on cheap rubber tires. East of town toward Christmas and Bithlo you’re working palmetto-scrub land clearing with pine roots that demand a real grapple. South toward Kissimmee and St. Cloud the water table runs shallow, so septic and retention-pond work needs a mini excavator with proper reach and a tracked loader that won’t sink in the spoil pile. North in Sanford and Lake Mary it’s teardown-and-rebuild residential where machines have to fit between an existing house and a 6′ PVC fence. Our fleet was picked for exactly this mix: the 325G when you need power and capacity for commercial site prep, the 317G when the gate is 60 inches wide, and the 35P when you’re cutting a trench for a pool drain in someone’s Winter Park backyard.
The other Orlando reality is the tourist corridor — everything from I-Drive down through Celebration and the 192 retail strip is constant tenant turnover, pad work, and parking-lot demo. That work is hard on hammers and hard on operators. We rent the hydraulic hammer with the 325G specifically because the 24.3 gpm hydraulic flow drives it at full force; smaller machines you rent from the chain yards down there will stall a hammer in 4″ concrete.

What People Rent For Locally
Palmetto & Pine Lot Clearing (E. Orange County)
Bithlo, Christmas, Wedgefield: 325G + rock grapple chews through palmetto root mats and pulls pine stumps. Pair with the 35P for root-ball cleanup.
Pool Excavation & Backyard Drainage
Winter Park, College Park, Maitland: 317G fits the gate, 35P with the 18″ bucket digs the shell. Tracks won’t tear up finished sod.
I-Drive / 192 Retail Pad Demo
325G + hydraulic hammer is the right tool for old parking lots, curb cuts, and slab demo around the tourist corridor. Smaller machines stall on the hammer.
Teardown/Rebuild Residential (Sanford, Lake Mary)
Tight access lots between two existing houses. 317G’s sub-60″ width and rear camera make this job survivable.
Retention Pond & Septic (Kissimmee, St. Cloud)
Shallow water table demands a mini excavator with real reach. 35P at 15′2″ max reach handles most residential septic and retention work.
How the Trailer Run Works
Orlando is a 140-mile, 2-hour-15-minute pull from our yard at 4828 Ulmer St in Jacksonville. We typically run I-95 south to FL-417 (the Central Florida GreeneWay) to avoid I-4 construction. Departures go out at 5:30–6:00 AM so the machine is on your site by 8–9 AM. If you need an after-hours drop, the same driver who hauled it down handles it — we don’t hand you off to a Saturday dispatcher who’s never been to your address. Round-trip delivery to the Orlando metro typically runs $450–$575 depending on exact zip and whether the load includes attachments. Pickup at end of rental is scheduled tightly so you’re not paying day-rate on an idle machine.

Honest Time Windows
If we say 8 AM Tuesday in Apopka, that’s when the machine is on the ground. We tell you up front if I-4 traffic adds an hour.
