Compact Track Loaders & Mini Excavators for Tampa Bay Sites
Pasco and Hillsborough are growing faster than the local rental yards can keep machines on the shelf. We pull a 325G, 317G or 35P down I-75 on our own trailer and have it on your site the next morning — whether you’re prepping a Wesley Chapel subdivision pad or trenching utilities in Apollo Beach.
Tampa Job Sites Across the Region
Tampa Bay is three different jobs in one metro. Pasco County and north Hillsborough (Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz) is heavy subdivision build-out — rough grading, pad prep, utility tie-ins, and the constant pressure of national-builder schedules. Pinellas (St. Pete, Clearwater) and south Hillsborough run on infill residential, pool digs, and tight-lot teardown work where a 60″-wide track loader is the difference between getting through the gate and renting a smaller machine that can’t do the work. East Hillsborough (Brandon, Riverview, Plant City) trends toward larger lots, rural-residential clearing, and Polk County agriculture-adjacent jobs — pasture work, fence prep, ag-building pads.
The Bay-specific reality: afternoon thunderstorms turn job sites into mud by 3 PM half the year. A wheeled skid steer sinks in that; our John Deere CTLs stay on top of it. That’s why we route the 325G with 80″ bucket to Wesley Chapel residential pads — you get a full day of work even on a wet Tuesday, and the operator doesn’t have to chain up.

What People Rent For Locally
Subdivision Lot Prep (Pasco / N. Hillsborough)
Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, Lutz: 325G with 80″ bucket for rough grade, 35P for utility tie-ins. Tracks won’t sink in afternoon rain.
Pool & Backyard (Pinellas, South Hillsborough)
Tight gates, finished sod. 317G fits, 35P digs the shell, no tearing up the lawn.
Infill / Teardown (St. Pete, Clearwater)
Lot between two existing houses. 317G’s sub-60″ width and rear camera survive the job.
E. Hillsborough Pad / Demo (Brandon, Riverview)
Larger lot work. 325G + hammer for old slab, grapple for cleared brush.
Plant City / Polk Ag-Adjacent
Pasture grading, fence-post setting, ag-building pad prep. 317G tracks are gentle on pasture.
How the Trailer Run Works
Tampa is a 200-mile, 3-hour-30-minute pull from our Jacksonville yard. We run I-75 south the whole way. Departures go out before sunrise so the machine is on your site at the start of the work day. Round-trip delivery to Tampa Bay typically runs $600–$725 depending on exact zip (Wesley Chapel is cheaper than St. Pete; Riverview is in between). We schedule pickup tightly so you’re not burning day-rate on a finished machine.
